I love corn and it looked amazing but I was unsure I would like it (I’m cray).
Well, after one bite I was hooked and think it is absolutely delicious!
I asked her for the recipe and have already made it twice (Yes, I know… But my boys all love it)
It is a new favorite in our house and my hubs even asked me to make it for Thanksgiving this year…
You MUST try this… I’m telling you in advance that it’s A.M.A.Z.I.N.G

1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream corn
8 oz sour cream (I use light)
1 stick unsalted butter, melted
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into a greased 9×13 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes until the top is golden brown
