My baby shower is less than 3 weeks away… Oh my goodness I can’t believe how time flies!
Our every week is filled between now and when baby is due so I’m praying the time continues to pass quickly.

Here are my ‘Must-Haves’ on my list…
along with a link to the other things I’d love to have! :)
I realized after my other babies that there are tons of things that you can register for, but that aren’t necessary at all.
I know better this time to save my money and stick with the necessities!.

My Mother’s Day Weekend

I had the most perfect Mother’s Day weekend!!
I spent it with my husband and boys and of course saw my parents and my Grandma.

Here is a recap of my weekend along with some pictures at the end. :)

Friday hubs and I bought the boys new golf clubs so after school my three boys went to the golf course for a little boy time…
We also went to Babies R Us and Coop picked out a precious little Lambie for Kenley. <3

Saturday we had a full day of baseball and then after Camden’s game the coach from the other team
planned a pizza party for everyone! It was wonderful and generous and the weather was amazing! :)
I couldn’t have asked for a more fun day and I feel truly blessed!

Sunday I woke up to my boys giving me tender kisses like little Prince Charmings
and they had each made some special Mother’s Day gifts at school for me to open.
It was so precious and I LOVED it so so much!
Being a mommy is the most rewarding and amazing job I’ll ever have!
We went to church and then went to my parents house to wish my Mom and Grandma a Happy Mother’s Day!
My sweet husband planned an amazing brunch for me in the afternoon at a gorgeous restaurant called
Paulee in Dundee… Wine Country. He knows me so well and the restaurant totally suited my and his taste to a T!! haha
I had a HUGE German Apple Pancake, the boys had the same
and Hubby had an amazing burger with an egg on it… His fries were to die for!!!!!!
We came home after so I could take a nap and I dreamt of apple pancakes the whole nap…
They were that GOOD!! :)
I can’t wait to go back there for a date night to try their dinner!!! Mmm mmm
On our way home Camden fell asleep and that to me, was the sweetest! ;)

and I hope each of you felt very special and loved!

Lots of Stuff… Dates, Babies, Etc.

THURSDAY!!!!

Thursday was such a fun day for me… :)

I took a quick new bump picture in the morning as we were getting ready for the day… :)

Hubby finished up painting Kenley’s dresser… And the finished product is amazing!
In this picture it’s still drying (and that was the first coat) ;)

Hubs also finished weather-proofing and staining our deck, which also looks amazing!!
Love my handy guy so much!!!

After that hubby and I had a lunch date and he took me out for Indian food… one of my faves! :)
I ate like a pig and loved every minute of our time… Yummy food and sweet conversation!
I finished off my lunch with my favorite Indian dessert… Gulab Jamun… Mmmmmmmmmm

I had to take a picture just because! lol

Thanks to this sugary treat, Kenley was kicking the walls of my uterus! Lol

On our way home I spoke to my mom and she said my brand new nephew (3 wks) was at her house and I couldn’t resist some
baby snuggling and lovin’ so we headed over there!!!
His cheeks are irresistible and this was only the second time I’ve seen him since he was born!!

We ended the day at our boys baseball games and the weather has just been amazing…
I need to get some maternity shorts because this outfit was much too hot for me in the 82 degree sun…

After the fatty lunch hubby and I devoured on Thursday, this is what I ended up having for dinner! Lol
It was sooooooooooo yummy and totally hit the spot! :)

Family Time

This past weekend we took the boys to the Oregon Ducks Baseball game in Eugene…
They sweeped Stanford in the series and we had a blast together.
The boys are always so good on road trips…
We had amazing seats and they cheered on their favorite players, they ran the bases after the game and
before heading home we went to our favorite Mexican Restaurant and had dinner.

A Sweet Gift

I am feeling overwhelmed with joy these past couple of days…
As we prepare for our sweet baby girl, Kenley Grace, we have been showered with love and prayer!

My husband is busy painting the crib white (we are using Camden’s old crib)
and I am so excited to put her pink bedding into it and get it all ready for her!
Three short months and she will finally be in our arms!
Pretty much everyday and every weekend for sure is filled with things we are busy with
and I love it because it’s making the time pass quickly! :)

Day before yesterday I was soooooooooo blessed by a blog friend, Ruthie,
who is due a few days apart from me, expecting her precious bundle, a little boy!
She sent a sweet gift, addressed perfectly to Kenley Grace (her first mail)
and I cried at her thoughtfulness.

and look at the back pocket detail on the jeans (little hearts!!
Ahhhhhhhh, they are so precious!
I love the headband she got and must find out where she got it because I haven’t found any that cute, and a pink book!

Ruthie, thank you so much for blessing us like this!
It was unexpected but so very precious to me and I am so thankful for you!
Can’t wait for these babies to meet one day! :)

I figured I’d throw in the picture of the crib also… Hubs is working it it but it’s coming along nicely! :)

Belly Update

WOOHOO!!!!! Only a few more weeks til I’m in my third trimester…
I feel like I’m in the home stretch!

My brother and his wife welcomed their baby boy this past week.
He was 10 lb 5 oz… HUGE and healthy, praise Jesus!
He is cute as can be and my boys are over the moon excited and haven’t wiped the smile off of their faces yet!
I love seeing them with babies, they have such sweet spirits! :)

I look like I have a soccer ball popping out of my shirt now and people are starting to notice
every week that I’m a ‘little bigger!’ She’s growing and she’s healthy and I can’t wait to hold her in my arms! :)
Life continues to be busy around here with the boys baseball schedules which I love
and the weather is finally turning around.

I have started to stock up on diapers and I’ve registered.
My baby shower is only 7 weeks away and
I’m so blessed by my girlfriends for planning this for us.
God sure has blessed us with an amazing church and friends who love and care for us! :)

Baby’s room is coming along, I feel like I have a lot of things already which is nice
and we are painting her crib and dresser this week! So excited!!
Still a ton to do though but it’s slowly coming along.
No big cravings this week although I’m loving cheerios with bananas. haha
Baby is very active and I continue to life my weights everyday.
I was anemic at my dr appt so they put me on Iron supplements so that explains
my lack of energy, among other things that have been going on lately.
I already feel like the energy is returning so I am a happy mama! :)

I have gotten a few questions from twitter which I will answer this next week so if you have anymore ask away! :)

Camden’s Birthday

This year for Camden’s Birthday we were supposed to have a sleepover… We had it all planned and then we found out that they rescheduled a baseball game for that same night from a previous day since it had been rained out. We felt really bad that all the boys had to miss out on the fun so we asked Camden if there was anything else he wanted to do with his friends on his actual birthday!?! We had looked at the calendar and we are literally booked solid with baseball every weekend for the next two months so we didn’t see another sleepover doable in the foreseeable future! :) Camden chose to go to to Safari Sams so last minute we asked all the same boys from the sleepover if they wanted to join the fun and they all were able to make it last minute! Praise God!! We had an absolute blast catching up with friends and all of the kids played glow in the dark mini golf, went on the HUGE jungle gym thing and earned tons of tickets in the arcade. Since we were gone for 9 hours at baseball games and pictures on Saturday followed by Missional Community that evening and then church on Sunday morning, there was no way for me to bake any goodies for the party so Costco to the rescue… And we decided we LOVE their cakes anyway! :) haha

Thank you all for the birthday wishes for our precious little ‘BIG’ 8 year old, and for our friends who joined in to celebrate our precious little man! We are so blessed by you all and so grateful for your friendships! :)

We didn’t get many pictures and I didn’t get pictures of all of the boys but we all had so much fun catching up I failed to take any pictures… :) The last pictures are from dinner… Camden chose to go to The Thirsty Lion for our family dinner. Great choice, buddy! We had so much fun! :)

Belly Update

Oh my goodness this precious baby girl is growing inside me.
I swear I wake up some days and feel much larger than the next! :)
My hair seems to be growing faster and my nails are stronger!
The boys are so excited about mommy being pregnant that they talk to baby girl daily and read her books and they both love to kiss my belly… Especially Camden! :)
He is such a love bug and continues to leave me little love notes in my bedroom at least twice a week.
Not sure how he manages to sneak them in there and put them places but I love it! <3

With baseball almost every night, church, Missional Community and time with friends and family our life is busier than it’s ever been and I find myself exhausted most days!
I feel so blessed though and wouldn’t trade it for the world.
As much as I’d love to freeze time right now because I’m enjoying watching Coop and Cam grow and play ball, I love that the months are flying by right now because I can’t wait to meet this precious lil girl in my belly!
She is more active than ever, doing flips in my belly and I just adore her so!!! :)
Looking forward to the day I get to hold her in my arms and I’m so excited that God has blessed us with a daughter!
I am seeing a new side to our boys and my husband as we prepare and await this girl! :)
This is much a magical time for our family… God is so incredibly faithful and GOOD!!
